you have to restrain yourself from any kind of physical activity for the first seven days. It increases your blood pressure and heart rate, which is not good. You need to keep it normal to avoid any swelling.<\/p>\n

5. Don\u2019t go Out or Avoid Heat and Sunlight<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
